By enrolling in this program ("Program"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
1. Program Description
The Program is a 16-week online course focused on optimizing your personal health through education in regenerative health practices, including root-cause self-identification, and other wellness strategies.
This Program is for personal development and educational purposes only. It is not designed to train you for any occupation, profession, or certification.
The Program includes weekly live events (e.g., sessions, webinars) starting on March 9th, 2026 - with a kick off call on March 2nd, 2026
2. Disclaimers and Scope of Services -
Not Medical Advice or Practice: Carrie Drinkwine is not a licensed physician, nurse, or other regulated health care professional. The Program provides educational information on complementary and alternative health care practices only. It does not involve diagnosing, treating, preventing, or curing any disease, condition, or medical issue. Participants should consult a licensed health care provider for medical advice. Institute of Regenerative Health LLC and its instructors do not practice medicine and are not liable for any health outcomes.
Results Not Guaranteed: No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort, application, and external factors. You get out what you put in—active participation is essential, but improvements in health or wellness are not assured.
Complementary and Alternative Health Care Client Bill of Rights: As required by Minnesota law, you have the right to:

Know the practitioner's degrees, training, and experience: Certified in Regenerative Health Professional; with over 10 years in holistic wellness; no medical degree.
A description of services: Educational information and group support in personal regenerative health practices; no medical treatments.
Freedom from sexual contact or exploitation.
Courteous and respectful care.
Reasonable notice of changes in services or charges.
Complete and current information about your condition in understandable terms (if applicable).
Access your records and request corrections.
Confidentiality of records, except as required by law.

If you cannot read this or need accommodations (e.g., translation), contact us for assistance.
Under Minnesota law, an unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioner may not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments.
3. Participant Obligations
Program Compliance. Participant agrees to comply with all Terms and Program requirements set forth herein at all times. Failure to adhere to these obligations may impact participation status and Program access.
Code of Conduct. To preserve a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, Participant agrees to:
Refrain from engaging in political discussions within the Program community, including group sessions, chats, forums, and related Program channels.
Refrain from harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, or disruptive speech, including but not limited to harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, or any conduct that interferes with the integrity, purpose, or psychological safety of the group.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information, content, or materials shared by other Participants, whether disclosed in live sessions or digital Program spaces.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality standards of the Program and uphold the non-clinical nature of peer discussions.
Avoid any behavior that disrupts, harms, or creates an unsafe environment for other Participants or Program facilitators.
Removal for Violations. Participant acknowledges and agrees that any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in:
Immediate removal from the Program
Termination of community access
Forfeiture of any fees paid, without refund, at the sole discretion of the Program
Electronic Communication Consent. By enrolling, Participant expressly consents to receive Program-related email and SMS/text message communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on carrier.
Participant further agrees not to opt out of Program communications during the active Program period, understanding that doing so may result in missing essential Program information, updates, scheduling, and community communications, for which the Program is not liable.
Acknowledgment. Participant agrees to uphold the Terms & Conditions herein and understands that continued participation is contingent upon compliance.
4. Fees and Payment
Program Fee: $1,997
No Refunds After Registration: All sales are final after registration, except as required by law. No refunds for dissatisfaction, non-attendance, or incomplete participation.
Payments are non-transferable.
5. Intellectual Property and Recordings
All Program materials (e.g., videos, handouts, LIVE sessions) are owned by Carrie Drinkwine LLC and provided for personal use only. No reproduction, sharing, or commercial use without written permission.
Live events may be recorded for quality or archival purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded.
6. Liability and Indemnification
Carrie Drinkwine LLC, Carrie Drinkwine, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the Program. Participation is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify the Provider against claims related to your use or misuse of Program information.
7. Termination
The Provider may terminate your enrollment for code of conduct violations or non-payment, without refund.
Force majeure (e.g., illness, technical issues) may lead to rescheduling or transferring to a course at a later date, but not refunds.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Hennepin County, Minnesota, before litigation. This Agreement is governed by Minnesota law.
Participant Acknowledgment: By enrolling and paying, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including the Client Bill of Rights. You are 18+ or have parental consent.
